Sandy Semaan grew up in Naples, Florida and moved to Miami to obtain a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Miami. After providing premier property management services to a 39-story, class A trophy office building in Downtown Miami, Sandy relocated to her hometown of Naples as the General Manager of a luxury 65-unit high rise tower in the exclusive Bay Colony community, before dedicating herself as a real estate broker with Le Reve Realty. 

She prides herself on using her luxury property management experience as well as her local knowledge & expertise in real estate to provide her clients with the highest level of service. Sandy attributes her success to a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing her clients with an exceptional real estate experience. She is also multilingual and enjoys working with local as well as international buyers, sellers, and investors.

Sandy is a professional member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Naples Area Board of Realtors, the Miami Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service.
